Eligibility Requirements

To receive assistance from AutomotiveGo, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Residency
Applicants must currently live in Delaware County, Ohio.

Income Qualification
Household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).

Vehicle Ownership
The applicant must own the vehicle needing repair. The vehicle must be registered in the applicant’s name and verification of ownership may be required.

Valid Driver’s License
Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license or be in the process of legally restoring their driving privileges.

Transportation Need
The vehicle must be necessary for employment, seeking employment, education, or essential family responsibilities such as medical care or childcare.

Verification
Applicants may be asked to provide documentation verifying income, residency, and vehicle ownership.

Program Limitations
Assistance is subject to available funding and program capacity, and not all repair requests can be approved.
